If the issue persists, you will need to clear your app’s cache.

  1. To clear the app’s cache on Android:
    1. Open your Settings
    2. Go to Apps
    3. Select Ulzi (you may need to select See All to find it)
    4. Select Clear Cache*
    5. Reopen Ulzi.

*Do not clear your phone's cache. This will remove more than data stored for the Ulzi app. For more information on clearing app caches, click here.

If the issue is still present, please report it as a bug to Ulzi’s Support Team:

  1. Tap on the Menu (the rightmost button on the bottom of the Ulzi home screen).

  3. First tap the small Menu Button in the middle right of the screen.
